Who are we?

Raumplan is a young and growing architecture firm based in Amsterdam that is currently working on several ambitious residential and public buildings in the Netherlands. For a series of exciting new assignments, we are looking for a Junior Architect and Intern who can strengthen our team and, if you match well with the team, can grow into a permanent position.

VACATURE | MEDIOR-/SENIORARCHITECT (NED)

​

Wat ga je doen?

​

• Sturing geven aan het ontwerpteam voor het ontwerpen en uitwerken van een ontwerp naar een esthetisch aantrekkelijk en haalbaar gebouw.

• 2D/3D modelleren van het ontwerp in ArchiCad

• Adviseren en beoordelen van tekenwerk 

• SO/VO/DO/BA tekenwerk en detaillering

• Voeren van contact met o.a. adviseurs, opdrachtgevers en leveranciers

• Kartrekker van het ontwerp-/bouwteam

 

Wij zoeken iemand:

 

• Bij voorkeur woonachtig in regio Amsterdam

• Een Master in de Architectuur (TU/AvB of vergelijkbaar) 

• Minimaal 5 jaar werkervaring

• Minimaal 2 middelgrote projecten als zelfstandig projectarchitect doorlopen van schetsontwerp tot minimaal bouwaanvraag

• Ervaring met woningbouw en publieke gebouwen.

• Goede beheersing van ArchiCad

• Een gedegen kennis van Nederlandse bouw- & regelgeving

• Brede bouwkundige kennis & interesse op het gebied van constructie, installatie en materialisatie

• Nieuwsgierig en graag nieuwe dingen uitzoekt

• Communicatief vaardig is (Nederlands & Engels)

• Proactief en enthousiast is

• Kan starten binnen 2 maanden (later is bespreekbaar)

VACANCY JUNIOR ARCHITECT

​

What will be your core job: 

​

• As a junior architect you will work together with the partners, junior and senior architects on the design of various ambitious projects ranging from housing to public buildings

• You are fully part of the design team where you can quickly visualize and develop different design options. As the design progresses you work out (partial) designs

• You conduct discussions with consultants, suppliers and clients 

​

What are we looking for:

​

• You have a completed architectural education, university or Academy of Architecture

• You are enthusiastic, accurate, critical and eager to learn

• You are communicative and have a strong imagination

• You take initiative and work accurately and efficiently

• Minimum of 3-5 years relevant work experience

• Experienced with working in Archicad

• Experienced with MS Office and Adobe Creative Suite

• Up-to-date knowledge of building regulations

• Passion for architecture and broad architectural knowledge

• Preferably living in the Amsterdam region
